Ridiculous amount of knowledge

Michael from the beginning displayed his vast knowledge and understanding of the realestate world. More importantly to me was how he communicated to myself and explained what was going on every step of the process and how he was tackling every situation we were faced with. I under estimated how much time and effort an agent goes to in the process of selling your home.
