Laura started her real estate journey in early 2022, working as a Receptionist while studying for her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice in Victoria. Juggling work and study showed her commitment to the industry and set her on a clear path towards her aspiration of becoming a Property Manager.

Over the next two years, she built up a solid foundation in client service, administration support, and the day-to-day workings of a busy real estate office. Being on the front desk gave her a real appreciation for the importance of clear communication, staying organised, and making sure people feel looked after — all skills she carries with her today.

In 2024, Laura made the move to the Sunshine Coast and, in 2025, joined the team at Stack & Co. She continues to work in Reception while supporting the Property Management department, building her practical knowledge and getting the hands-on experience she needs to confidently step into a Property Manager role.

Laura’s someone who genuinely cares about helping people. She’s a great listener, calm under pressure, and always pays attention to the little things that make a big difference. With her warm approach and strong work ethic, she’s become a trusted support for both the team and our clients.
